Tell us about the car. We'll tell you what it's worth.

Fill in the quote form or give us a ring. We'll ask for the basics. Make, model, year, condition and where the car is parked. Photos help but aren't essential. A rego number or VIN helps but isn't essential either.

What happens on our side matters: we don't price your car off a generic script. Because we repair vehicles in our own workshop, engines, gearboxes, panels, electrics, we assess what your car is worth with the repair in mind, not just the fault.

You'll get a firm price, usually within minutes. It's free and there's no obligation to take it.

STEP 02

We pick it up, free

We come to you. It costs you nothing.

Once you accept the quote, book a pickup time that suits. Home, work, a mate's place, the mechanic's yard, the side of the road. Wherever the car is, that's where we go.

Same-day pickup is available across most of Greater Sydney when you get in touch early in the day. If same-day isn't possible, we'll lock in the next slot that works for you, and we'll actually show up when we say we will.

Pickup and towing are free. No call-out fee, no “loading fee,” no deductions at the kerb. Regional NSW? We get out there too. Just ask.

STEP 03

Paid on the spot

Money before the car moves. Paperwork handled.

When we arrive, we do a quick walk-around to confirm the car matches your description. This takes minutes, and it's the only thing the quote depends on. Then:

  1. We sort the paperwork with you on the spot.
  2. You get paid by bank transfer, with a receipt, before the car leaves.
  3. We load the car and take it away. Done.

From first contact to payment made can genuinely happen in a few hours.

How “same-day” actually works.

No fine-print games here. If you contact us in the morning and accept your quote by early afternoon, we can usually collect the same day across Greater Sydney. From the CBD and Inner West out to Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Penrith and everywhere in between.

Later in the day, or out in regional NSW? We'll give you the earliest honest time slot rather than the earliest impressive-sounding one. If we say Tuesday at 10, it's Tuesday at 10.
