Yes, but we need to know before booking. Check only what is safe to check: whether the transmission can be placed in neutral, the handbrake releases, the steering unlocks and the tyres hold air. Also tell us about flat or missing wheels so collection can be planned for the car’s real condition.

Tell us the clearance height, slope, turning space and distance to where a truck can stop. Photos of the access can help after you request an offer. Do not attempt to push or move an unsafe car yourself. We confirm the access details before collection.

Yes, you can sell it to us without rego or a roadworthy. Do not drive an unregistered car to us. Pickup is free across Sydney. Tell us whether the registration is current, expired or cancelled and whether the plates are still attached so the sale paperwork can be handled correctly.

If the vehicle is NSW-registered, the seller must submit a notice of disposal within 14 days of the sale. We help with the sale record at pickup and payment is made by bank transfer. NSW also advises against signing an ownership transfer document until payment or trade has been received.
